Membership
Standard membership is FREE to everyone; if you wish to contact families or apply for jobs then one of you must be a Premium member.

A candidate (Au pair / Nanny) may apply for a job posting without becoming a Premium Member. The request will be sent to the family with your contact details if the family has Premium membership. In the event that the family is not a Premium Member we will send them limited details and invite them to become a Premium Member in order to contact you.

A Family may contact a job seeker without becoming a Premium Member. The request will be sent to the job seeker with your contact details if the job seeker has Premium membership. In the event that the job seeker is not a Premium Member we will send them limited details and invite them to become a Premium Member in order to contact you.

In normal circumstances it highly recommended for families to become Premium members so that suitable job seekers may contact them easily and they may contact job seekers directly.

Premium Membership entitles you to the following benefits:

• Subscription valid for 6 months
• Contact unlimited profiles
• See peoples contact details on-line, no need to wait for us to send to you
• Download candidate security checks on-line
• Receive instant on-line access to the latest familes or candidates
• Special offers and discounts will be negotiated on our members behalf with other websites / outlets

Fees
A 6 month Premium membership fees is £150.
A 12 month Premium membership fees is £200.
If you instruct us to carry out security checks on the candidate then a FEE of £150 (in addition to the Premium membership fee) must be paid in advance for this service.
No other fees are payable when a candidate is placed with your family.

Payment
We accept Paypal, Cheques and Bank Transfer.

Cancellations & Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days.
If you wish to cancel your membership then you must do so within 7 working days of the order being placed. Please use our contact form quoting your user name if you wish to cancel, you will receive a copy of the email you send us. If we have not processed your cancellation within 72 hours you should contact us again. Please keep all proofs of emails sent.
Please note: We do not offer a refund of membership if you have logged in and accessed the site after becoming a member. You are not entitled to a refund if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

Travel Costs
The Au pair is responsible for their cost of travel to the UK. As the host family, it is your responsibility to collect them from their port of arrival. If you are unable to collect the Au pair then you should help them to find alternative transport, such as train, coach, bus or taxi to your residence. The cost of travel from the airport to your residence must be paid by the host family either in advance to the Au pair or on their arrival.

Liability
Muslim Care shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by using our services in any way. This includes and is not limited to the job seekers actions, the actions of the families or its representatives.

We will not be held responsible for the inaccuracy of profiles added to our website. The host family or the job seeker is responsible for verifying the details before agreeing on any contract. The host family is encouraged to verify any references supplied and we not offer any guarantee of a job seekers suitability, honesty, character or ability.

Driving
If you expect the Au pair to drive please check that their driving licence is valid in the UK. You must make sure that the Au pair is insured to drive your vehicle; please consult your car insurance provider.

Baby Sitting
Most Au pairs will baby sit for you on one or two evenings per week but please check with your Au pair prior to you offering them a place. In order to offer stability to the Au pair try as much as possible to make the baby sitting evenings the same every week. If you do need to change them give the Au pair plenty of notice so they can adjust their activities.

Holidays
An Au pair, Au pair plus and mothers help should be given a minimum of 2 weeks paid annual leave.

Replacements
If an Au pair fails to arrive or leaves we will reactivate your subscription with any remaining days so you are able to find a replacement. If you took out a 12 month subscription and your Au pair leaves after 6 months, you will have 6 months remaining. If you took out a 6 month subscription and your Au pair leaves after 7 months then you will not have any subscription period left and must resubscribe in order to find another Au pair.

Termination
If for some reason the Au pair wishes to leave or the host family wishes to terminate the agreement a two week written notice must be give by either party. If there is a dispute please follow the following procedure:

• Discuss openly with the host family and Au pair
• If there is no resolution you may ask us to mediate between both parties to help resolve the dispute

Banned Profiles
If you have violated our terms and conditions your profile will be banned and you will not be able to login. If you wish to dispute the ban please contact us using our contact form.
